脳は、その部位によって「理論的に考える」「言語を司る」「身体に必要な情報を流す」など、分業された役割を果たしています。そしてその各部位が神経ネットワークによって密につながっており、相互に伝達を行うことで健康的な肉体と生活を維持します。

人体は電気的・科学的ノイズの中で作動しているため、常に電気信号が体内で活動しています。その体内環境下で新脳針は超微弱な電流を頭皮から出力信号の非線形系として伝えその応答によるノイズや振動によって電気活動が活発になります。特に脳は各エリアの神経ネットワークの拡大を促しシナプス伝達を高めると考えられます。

新脳針は確率共振（SR）物理的な作用のほかに、科学的な作用もあります。

「脳内ホルモン」とは、心と身体を健全な状態に保つための神経伝達物質であり、脳や脊髄などの中枢神経系にある情報を司る化学物質の総称です。
この「脳内ホルモン」の分泌量はつねに細密にコントロールされており、その微妙なバランスの崩れが脳神経細胞のシナプス結合を弱め、重要な神経細胞間の伝達を妨げることで様々な病気（難病・発達障がい）に繋がっていると考えられています。

このような状況下において、「新脳針」は頭皮に鍼を刺し、0.7mAの超微弱電流を注入し、確率共振反応による脳の神経ネットワークを広げます。
